Weighed in this morn. Lost some :)

now 132.

Worked so hard last night. I got 20pts of exercise.

Crunches, Pilates, and running. I only managed like 8,400 steps! Man, that sucks. I will have to try much harder today. How do people get to 10000 steps? After wearing the dog out I took her home and did our route all over again and I hurt today.

Oh but it is so worth it. 132...what bliss!
