2nd today

I am so dang sick of reformatting these certificates.

I'm sick of printers that don't work.

I'm just' tired. THat's all. Getting grumpy from repetative crap.

So what's positive? I got the computer guy fixing the printer. They come help me instantly. 1) Being nice goes a long way. 2) Being cute goes just a little farther. All I have to do is go check on them every now and then....and say a few things, pretend to care, peer over their shoulder, and when they make a joke laugh and give them a really big smile, then cue compliment.

Damn it's a science.
