<< Lost 6lbs >> 3rd (yes third!) entry of the day! I have lost 6 lbs this past week. I needed it badly. Back at 144 again. Still not quite right though. I haven't eaten well since the breakup. Not at all. Yesterday I had a 1/2 cantaloupe for breakfast....a handfull of almonds for lunch, and a tiny potato for dinner. The day before that...oatmeal, popcorn, then a tiny bit of spaghetti. I have to force myself to eat dinner. I have to force myself to eat most of the time anyhow. It's just not appealing lately. |
