talk aboug friggin freaky. Here it is...aprox 4 hours later...the ambien has worn off (as it should) and I am left confused by the things around me.

Apparently last night I got up after taking it...(big mistake) and decided I need food. apparently a pasta dish. I have vague memories of things....yet some are blank. I saw the strainer in the sink...don't remember that part. I wondered if I ate at all...the mess on my shirt says I did.

I remember b asking me if I was ok to get to bed on my own. I think I told BOTH of him that I was. Then there are memories for falling asleep at a webpage. Wish I knew what I had been doing.....
